This place is technically 2 blocks away from Hollywood, but it's got to be included because it seems like a cool place to go for a meal. Not everybody knows about it, which is good!
I had always passed by this place, but it was never opened at the hours that I would come by. Then on my way home from Burbank, I decided to stop at one of my favorite eating places, when I happened across the Good Neighbor Restaurant, while they were still open. I went in and got a take-home menu.
This restaurant is open daily, from 7:00AM to 3:00PM. They serve "home style breakfast and lunch". Their aim and their pleasure is to provide their customers with good food and friendly service. They invite you to "relax and enjoy". They serve omelettes, various breakfasts with eggs, pancakes, French Toast, fruits and cereals for breakfast.
The lunch menu includes sandwiches, pita sandwiches, burgers, and specials. They also have salads, side orders, desserts, beverages, espresso, cappuccino, beer and wine. Everything listed on the menu is under $10, except the bottle of champagne.
Looking at this menu, I know that I am definitely going to be paying this place a visit soon- and I will come when I can stay a while for a meal.
